A very important link, because rigid and flexible PCB is difficult and has many details, before shipment, it is generally necessary to conduct a full inspection, because its value is relatively high, so as to avoid the loss of relevant interests of both parties.
Advantages: rigid flexible PCB has the characteristics of FPC and PCB at the same time. Therefore, it can be used in some products with special requirements. It has a certain flexible area and a certain rigid area. It is helpful to save the internal space of the product, reduce the volume of the finished product and improve the product performance.
Disadvantages: rigid flexible PCB production process is various, difficult to produce, low yield rate, more materials and manpower, so its price is relatively expensive and the production cycle is relatively long.
